We had a planning re-think...
Our original plan was only to build as a two berth van (after all, there is two of us)
BUT, after seeing someone else's build photos the grey cell robbed the idea of building the third travelling seat so that it converts into a single bed using the swivelled drivers seat as an extension giving a bed length of approx. 180cm.
After much thought, we bought a single futon off EBay...t the same time raising up the floor level with a false floor.
The added bonus has also given us a lovely space under the seat to fit the propex gas heater and also give us valuable additional locker space.
